Using Clues
Clues is provided by GeeWhiz Studio. Use your account to capture, organize and review information you are permitted to upload. You remain responsible for your uploads, the accuracy of your records and how you use or share them.
AI processing
When you submit a capture, Clues sends the submitted images, text and notes to OpenAI to extract business and contact details. Eligible research and discovery requests also send relevant lead details to OpenAI for public-source research. By accepting these terms, you authorize this processing and confirm that you have permission to submit the information. AI results can be incomplete or wrong. Check them before relying on them or exporting.
Storage and sharing
Uploaded captures, original images and leads are stored on Clues' servers and are available when you sign into the same account and workspace. Pending offline captures remain on the device until uploaded. Personal workspaces are private. Team records are shared with that workspace's members and remain with the team if you leave. Connected tools receive only the records you choose to send; their own terms and automation settings apply.
Your choices
You can stop pending activity, export your account data and request account deletion in Account & team. Stopping a request cannot recall information already sent to a processing provider. Clearing activity does not delete saved leads or originals. Deleting your account does not recall files you already exported or remove records owned by a team workspace.
Access and availability
The current plan and allowances shown in your account determine available features. Clues is available in the browser while features remain under development. Processing, research and third-party connections depend on service availability. No paid subscription is created by accepting these terms. A paid Toolbox subscription requires a separate checkout with its price and renewal terms.
